- Guests must clear any pending balance before boarding the cruise.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the operator will inform you in advance. You may choose to reschedule to an alternate date or opt for a full refund.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Refunds may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.
