- Each boarding pass is valid for one seat only.
- Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Please carry your trip/booking confirmation ticket.
- Wear comfortable footwear.
- Carry a valid government ID proof.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
- Guests must settle any pending balance before boarding the cruise.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the operator will inform you in advance. You may choose to reschedule to an alternate date or opt for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Refunds may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.
